Pri \u00fazkych pozemkoch je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 spr\u00e1vne pos\u00fadi\u0165 odstupy od stavieb a hran\u00edc pozemku, preslnenie stavieb, po\u017eiadavky po\u017eiarnej bezpe\u010dnosti aj mo\u017enosti architektonick\u00e9ho rie\u0161enia navrhovan\u00e9ho domu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minim\u00e1lna \u0161\u00edrka pozemku<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Najsk\u00f4r si definujme, \u010do je to \u00fazky pozemok vo vz\u0165ahu k\u00a0stavbe rodinn\u00e9ho domu. Ke\u010f sa bav\u00edme o\u00a0stavbe samostatne stojacich rodinn\u00fdch domov, za \u00fazky pozemok m\u00f4\u017eeme pova\u017eova\u0165 \u0161\u00edrku 10 a\u017e 16 m. Aj na to spom\u00ednan\u00e1 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka mysl\u00ed, preto v\u00a0stiesnen\u00fdch podmienkach nie je potrebn\u00e9 dodr\u017ea\u0165 vzdialenos\u0165 od hranice pozemku a\u00a0odstup od susedn\u00e9ho domu mus\u00ed by\u0165 aspo\u0148 4 m. Je tu v\u0161ak obmedzenie \u2013 v\u00a0proti\u013eahl\u00fdch sten\u00e1ch takto bl\u00edzko osaden\u00fdch domov nesm\u00fa by\u0165 okn\u00e1 obytn\u00fdch miestnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri umiest\u0148ovan\u00ed domu na hranicu pozemku treba pam\u00e4ta\u0165 aj na to, \u017ee ani presah strechy alebo roz\u0161\u00edren\u00fd z\u00e1klad v zemi nesmie zasahova\u0165 na susedn\u00fa parcelu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je nevyhnutn\u00e9 zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby sme mohli dom aj postavi\u0165 a\u00a0udr\u017eiava\u0165, preto pri odstupe men\u0161om ako 1 m od hranice je potrebn\u00e9 ma\u0165 susedov s\u00fahlas.
